How to Apply
We accept applications only through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). We do not accept any paper applications.
Our interview season occurs in December and January. A personal interview is a required part of the application process. Applicants are encouraged to join the residents/fellows for dinner the evening prior to their interview day. During the interview visit, applicants will have the opportunity to meet with residents/fellows, faculty, and the program director.
We have four categorical 5-year positions available every year. The residencies start on June 26.
Your ERAS application should include:
- CV (the ERAS-generated CV is acceptable)
- Personal statement
- Dean's letter
- At least three letters of recommendation
- USMLE scores (successful completion of Part I and Part II is required for NH licensure)
Each year we receive approximately 600 applications, and begin sending out interview invitations just prior to Thanksgiving. We continue to send out invitations on a rolling basis throughout the interview season.
